With the creation of GOLD AVENUE, we wanted to get closer to our end clients in order to serve them straight from the source and directly share with them our passion for precious metals.
Head of Onboarding
Aristote Matshoko joined GOLD AVENUE SA in May 2018 as a customer service manager. With strong communication skills, he has managed to build a solid experience in this area. In addition, he is also the founder of an e-commerce startup called BONNI. Aristote studied in Switzerland as well as abroad and graduated from the School of Management Fribourg (CH) where he obtained his master's degree in Business Entrepreneurship.

Geoffroy joined GOLD AVENUE's customer service department in November 2019. A multilingual professional trained in translation, he is bilingual in English and French as well as fluent in German and Spanish. With more than 15 years of experience in customer relations and having worked for renowned institutions such as the European Commission and UEFA, he brings his extensive know-how and skills to GOLD AVENUE.

Passionate about languages and communication, Claudia holds a Master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Her professionalism, friendliness, and personality have allowed her to work for major telecom and e-commerce companies such as Swisscom and Ebay. She has been part of the GOLD AVENUE customer service team since November 2020 where she offers her expertise and assistance to our customers in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
