To access our services, including ordering via our Site, you must provide us with personal information, such as your first name, last name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, etc.
The payment data you provide us with is not visible, nor processed nor stored by us. It is handled by our payment processing partner SIX Payment Services AG, Switzerland.

Beyond the data that you freely decide to provide us to access our services, we collect and use various information about your behavior on our Site (your browsing preferences, pages of our Site you have viewed, your order history, IP address of your computer, etc.).

In order to maximize the availability of our website through multiple availability zones, we decided to work with the Amazon Web Service Cloud infrastructure (AWS) in the Europe Region. For legal and security purpose we replicate and save all your personal data on a secure server in Switzerland.

5. Use of cookies

7. The tracking methods we use

8. Right of access and rectification
