Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we use UPS and regular post for shipping throughout Europe.
We currently ship to most European countries. You can see the full updated list of countries on our Pricing page.
If your country does not appear in the list however, you can still buy products on our platform and store them in our secured vaults. You can resell your stored products at any time and with 0% commission.
How long will it take for my delivery order to arrive?
Your order can take on average 4-15 business days to arrive.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
All orders placed on GOLD AVENUE are final. Once placed, they can no longer be changed or canceled.
What are the storage costs on GOLD AVENUE?
If you store below CHF100,000 in precious metals value with us, the first 3 months of storage are free. After that, your storage remains entirely free if you store less than CHF10,000 in precious metal value.
If you store between CHF10,000 and CHF100,000 in precious metals value, you will simply pay CHF8/month for storage.
If you would like to store above CHF100,000 in precious metals value, you will pay 0.5%/year based on the value of your stored precious metals.
Finally, storage insurance is included for everyone, at no extra cost, to cover your stored precious metals against theft, damage, and loss, at all times.
How can I be sure that your products are authentic?
All our products come directlly from the most reputable mints and have undergone extensive quality control. Some products come with the Veriscan™ technology, an advanced scanning technology that can instantly authenticate any PAMP precious metals product bearing the VERISCAN™ logo. Other products also use the CertiPAMP™ packaging, which is a guarantee of genuine PAMP bars and quality excellence and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
Can I pick up my products in person?
We do not store any products in our Geneva offices, and for security reasons, physical access to our vaults in Switzerland is not authorized. If you wish to consult, sell, or redeem your stored products, you can do so at any time from your online personal account.
