The "insured storage” in our secure vaults allows the resale of your precious metals at any time and without commission. You can transfer money to your bank account whenever you need it.

Step 1

Choose the product to sell and click on the button “buy/sell”.

Step 2

A new page will open.

Go to the "sell" tab, choose the quantity to sell, and click on the button "sell".

You’ve now sold your product at a spot price and without commission. The funds have been directly transferred to your GOLD AVENUE Pay balance.

Step 3 (optional)

To transfer the funds available to your bank account, complete this step:

• Go to the “payment methods” section from your GOLD AVENUE personal account, then click on the button “withdrawal”.
• On the next page, select your bank account.
• A new window will pop up. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on "continue". You can now confirm your withdrawal.

Your funds will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Of course, you can also use the funds to buy a new product at any time.
