Your precious metals stored in our secure vault can be delivered to you at any time. The delivery is made within 2 to 10 business days in most European countries and within 1 to 3 business days in Switzerland. It’s fully insured and secured.

You can have your precious metals delivered from your shopping cart or the "wallet" section of your GOLD AVENUE personal account.

When you buy a product, go to your shopping cart, select "standard shipping” and then your country. Finally, depending on your country, enter your personal address or choose a UPS Access Point near you.

For a product already bought and stored in our secure vaults, go to the "wallet" section of your personal account and click on the button "deliver stored products". Select the product and quantity. After clicking on the button "proceed", you can choose the UPS Access Point for the delivery.
