What happens if GOLD AVENUE's online data get lost?

We back up our data constantly and use several encrypted back-up systems in Switzerland. Our servers are again backed-up via certified partners in infrastructure and technology that are within ISO Standards.

To prevent any loss, the information on our servers is also duplicated on other protected servers located in the EU.

We also provide a certificate of ownership for each stored product, and a printable invoice along with each purchase. This way, you always have a paper proof of your ownership.
