Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

1. No Withdrawal Right for Precious Metals

We expressly point out that precious metals whose price is linked to market fluctuations are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(b) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as implemented in the national laws of EU Member States.
Since all products offered on GOLD AVENUE fall into this category, no right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of our precious metal goods.
All product orders are therefore final once confirmed.

2. Withdrawal Right for Services

If you purchase a service from us (such as storage or other non-physical services), you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen days.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by email or written notice before the withdrawal period ends.

If you ask us to start providing the service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay for the portion already provided up to the moment of withdrawal.

3. Refunds for Services

If you validly withdraw from a service contract, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
Refunds are made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
