What should I do if my package appears to have been damaged or tampered with?

Refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with. Insurance on your package will end once your shipment has been signed for and/or delivered. If you refuse your shipment, it will be returned to GOLD AVENUE for inspection.
