What is your return policy?

GOLD AVENUE only sells brand new products. We don't accept any returns except for products with defects. In this case they will be replaced or refunded according to our Terms & Conditions. Note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been signed and/or delivered. Please make sure your product has not been altered or tampered with before signing or accepting your delivery.
