Can I ask for my products to be delivered at home?

In some countries, you can ask for your products to be delivered to your home by regular post. However, we can only deliver to an address in your name and upon signature.

For other countries where we use UPS Access Point™, it is not possible to ask for a delivery to your home or any personal address. You can select an Access Point location in the list provided to us by UPS and pick-up your parcel there at your convenience, during business hours.

To know if we deliver by post or UPS Access Point™ to your country, simply select your country in the list of shipping countries on your cart.
